[00:00:00] Welcome back. Hello to the One Thing podcast where we all get to usher in framing a little bit about what we mean about vibrational alignment. And so obviously the first energy frequency of various things, various objects, and even various thoughts and emotions for that matter. So sometimes this is called frequency. For example, with diseases such as cancer, for instance, these diseases only express The thing I'll add, just for those of you who are familiar with or have utilized or maybe as well used, resonance frequency technologies, wouldn't be as widely used in Europe and Russia and a couple of other places outside the United States as they are. And they are used to an extent inside the United States.

[00:06:44] of health or elevate the disease frequency into the higher frequency.

[00:06:46] We're designed to do this,

[00:06:49] not necessarily with machinery,

[00:06:51] but I do think machinery can help some people.

[00:06:54] And so when we're talking about what makes up a vibration,

[00:06:58] it's such a good question as a human being,

[00:07:02] what we understand that makes up vibration thus far

[00:07:05] is the combination of our thoughts, to it. And those thoughts might be clear from a present moment observation, or they might be flooding in from the past, or they might be coming in from our worry about a future situation. And the emotions that are generated by those thoughts are generally they generally are close in vibration.

[00:08:23] So it's why a lot of teachers talk about, you know, watch your thoughts and keep take care of your thoughts and all that, because

[00:09:23] The words might be our own internal dialogue, right? It might not just be the outspoken words that we think about when people speak, right?

[00:09:29] So when we talk about alignment of vibration, the alignment is that our thoughts and our

[00:09:35] feelings and our beliefs and our words inner or checking how we're talking to ourselves in our own head. That could be often sometimes a bit shocking. I think we've brought it up before in this podcast. But if you were to just take a day and notice without judgment what you think in your own head, it might surprise you. But it would also be

[00:11:02] fodder for you to sort of change some I dealt with that thing, whatever the thing was, it's a pattern usually,

[00:12:21] but, and we all have these, myself included it,

[00:12:24] but they just keep kind of coming back around.

[00:12:26] And that's when we know that our system a two-sided coin. On the one hand, we choose a different feeling state than the one that we're in based on whatever we're currently feeling or whatever we're currently dealing with. We choose a feeling state that we want to feel instead of the distressed state that we've become motivated

[00:13:42] to shift around. And at the same time, so that's one side of the coin. The other side of the coin

[00:14:51] not backed up by a very clearly felt feeling state of the solution of living in the desired place, in the desired outcome, in the desired manifestation, and a full five cents experience

[00:14:59] of that, then it's asking to

[00:16:20] be released and accepted and healed, as David said, it's a, yeah, go ahead.

[00:17:42] Oh, and you want to do the reminder? And then I got something I want to add about this before we as is occasionally true for me, just step fully into a full five cents experience of that desired state. And I can maintain that experience inside myself, regardless of what the external circumstances up a moment and say we're talking about vibration and frequency and energy and another word that can be used in, you know, in as the same meaning, what's the word I'm looking for interchangeably, with

[00:20:20] energy vibration or frequency is consciousness. So it, relationships and our financial affairs and you know, for its play on the stage, right? This is all, this is all laced through every philosophical and religious and what would be another way to focus on this bit of imagery and visioning for the purpose of ensuring that it become, you know, a desired outcome in my life.

[00:24:23] And that's probably the best way to encapsulate to mastering manifestation and just a couple of examples of Florence Shovell Shin, Wallace Waddles, Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, Abraham, the secret, and so forth. And they all have some interesting and valuable things to of interest to you, his work is very rich. Yeah. Indeed. And so the final thing we want to say about this topic and et cetera, et cetera. But the thing that is important to Laurie and me is this ongoing compassion that to double back

[00:28:22] to something you said earlier,

[00:28:23] there's nothing wrong with us that we have this growth to do.

[00:29:23] embrace that you are a vibrational being

[00:29:28] and cultivate a relationship with this. Now, this is the same thing as cultivating a relationship

[00:29:30] with your higher presence

[00:29:31] because your higher presence is already existing

[00:29:35] in a higher vibrational state.

[00:29:37] So can you imagine if we made that connection all day

[00:29:42] every day so that we could objective or that goal is thinking, feelings, beliefs, words. So practice noticing how you feel in being in your desired vibration. bring about the desired state that you may not have fully manifested in the material universe in the here and now. Though our actions in the world are always supporting either the old vibration or our new one and the choice

[00:32:20] is up to us in every given moment and cascade. It's going to be the downstream cascade of their thoughts, feelings, you know, their visions of themselves, and mind's eye and you could be happy with that choice and you can see yourself having fun without alcohol. Whatever the things are, I'm just making that up as an example. But we have to feed our consciousness that with our free will, like that is what it means to be a conscious human being. So we all want the shortest, fastest, happiest path.

[00:35:00] Some things David said this earlier are easier to, you know,

[00:35:04] cause in form and others other feedback you might have.
