[00:00:00] Well, welcome to the One Thing podcast.

[00:00:19] Once again, where we all get to usher in Lori's and my experience, they don't say yosoi, they say I am. This is a really important element to this conversation. But there, it holds a frequency that activates the co-creative powers in the person's place who is saying those words at their point of light

[00:03:02] in the multiverse.

[00:03:03] It's really, really powerful.

[00:03:05] Back in the 70s, phrase or a pair of words that's considered by many to be the key to intentional prayer and to being at cause in our own mind and body and

[00:04:22] life.

[00:04:23] Right. And I am is thought to be a part of own. So there's own, the active zero still point that lives in every human's heart. And then the activity of that still point is the I am and it begins with I am. Mm hmm.

[00:05:40] And there's some kind of universality to it because, and manifestation. Yeah, I couldn't agree more well said. And I would even say, first, it's our I am presence and the connection to the I am that I am is the first foundational brick to sovereignty. And then from there, I know you said the same thing, but I'm just sort of putting it

[00:07:02] into two steps. And then from there, we activate the I my experience, that it opened my capacity to understand the I am that I am in its meaning as it came forth for human beings back in the day, whenever that was. And then now I get, oh, that is powerful. That is so powerful.

[00:08:23] And the thing about it, if we invest a little bit of our time and we devote ourselves affected by what's happening outside of us. And I'd like to just offer, did you wanna say anything else on that honey before I do the IAM statements? No, no, I love what you're saying, keep going. So in a very old classic spiritual text,

[00:09:42] there are these four, they're considered to be so four IAM statements.

[00:09:44] And so I'm just gonna read them So, I am is the full activity of love. I am is the most divine activity in the universe. I am is the most powerful word in the vocabulary of humans. It said, man, but I changed it to humans.

[00:11:00] I am is the most honorable name in all creation.

[00:11:04] So, when we say those words, I am, we want to be aware why you finished typing, sweetie. Yeah, no, it's okay. I got it. We want to be aware how slick our lower human mind or our ego mind is in hijacking everything that we do that spiritually oriented.

[00:12:20] Well, everything that we do, period, but when we get into the realm of our spirituality, it really turns up the volume on hijacking. It's the energy in us that has believed otherwise, and it's okay. It's just ready to be tended and released. Yes. I'll give an example of that, of how easily and quickly and I hesitate to use the word naturally,

[00:13:43] what's more precise is habitually, drain away and be replaced by energy and well-being and all of those things. So that's an example of, and I bring it up because it's an example of the mundane. It's an example of the kind of everyday statement that I think is very programmed into our inner vocabulary,

[00:15:05] our inner ways of talking to ourselves and our outer ways of talking to each other. I had this whole tantrum in my car. And instantaneously I thought, oh wow, how interesting is that? That something so, we all have road stuff, right? Something so really inconsequential. I mean, I didn't die. No one was hit. I being, that's different. But when it's true but not believed, be a bit compassionate with ourselves in the untangling of those larger energy pieces. Yeah. So are we ready for our takeaways? Or did we miss something? Well, I just want to reinforce one last thing before we do the takeaways. Sure. Yeah. And

[00:19:03] it's it's saying what we've already said I AM statements, this might seem fundamental, but do this observation, you're not doing it from a place of judgment and criticism against yourself, but just. Or against others for using misusing. Yeah, yeah, you just notice it in the world, right? In your own world and in the world. And then utilize what you're, what you're becoming aware of

[00:21:43] to be more conscious and intentional.

[00:21:46] Yes.

[00:21:47] And that's's example phrases. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, if you can't believe yourself, then the I am willing is a is a really good way in. Yeah. It's it's really right use of will. Yes. Yes. Yes. That

[00:23:01] right. That is right use of will and the other right use of

[00:23:04] will is bringing ourselves into constant connection with our
